CARDS SENT DIRECT TO A RECIPIENT
If you are sending a card direct to someone, you should choose the direct to recipient option, this will mean that your card is packaged as a gift ready for your loved one to open and no invoice is included. If you choose an enveloped card, this will be sent in an envelope, for boxed cards, this will be sent with the bow around the box, as a gift.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING:
The Postage and Packaging cost includes the cost of all envelopes & packaging as well as delivery from our UK studio to your front door. If you wish to check the postage and packaging costs on a particular order the best way to do this is place the items in the shopping basket and the site will calculate the charge. P&P costs 95p-£4.95 depending on the weight / size of what's being packed and posted.

Please note only standard delivery is available for the following areas and post codes: The Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland, AB31 - AB38, AB40 - AB56, IV1 - 28, IV30 - 32, IV36 - 40, IV52 - 54, IV63, KW1 - 14, PA21 - PA38, PH4 - PH41, PH49 - PH50, , IV41 - IV49, IV51, 55, 56, KA27 & 28, KW15 - 17, PA20, PA41 - 49, PA60 - 78, PH42 - 44, ZE.
The Isle of Man / Guernsey / Jersey all need to be selected as a different country as the delivery charge will be different to mainland UK. All delivery charges are subject to change should the weight or size of the parcel require further postage to be paid. Our Customer Service Team will contact you before despatching your parcel should this be the case.
We now offer International shipping on most of our products. Prices vary depending on item. International delivery takes approx 7 working days but this can be longer to some countries.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL ITEMS ORDERED OFF OUR WEBSITE:
Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure the delivery address is complete + correct including the postcode. We cannot be held responsible for items that have not been delivered due to an incorrect delivery address being provided.
Please also check your order previews to check that everything is correct before you place your order. If there's something missing or you notice a mistake contact us ASAP and we may be able to rectify that problem provided your order is still at our studio and hasn't left for the post already.
Please note THE LUXE CO cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, incorrect address details being provided, major roadworks or road closures and force majeure, adverse weather.
