Whether you’re ahead of the game or cutting it fine, your card will always be made within our lead times, with care, love, and a sprinkle of luxury. 🌿 Via the 2x Shipping Methods Below Standard Shipping or Next Working Day Courier.

Our lead times are: Order before 9am and your card will be designed that same day and shipped that same day by your chosen delivery method (see delivery methods below). Order after 9am and your card will be designed the following working day and dispatched that day too by your chosen delivery method. These production timescales apply at all times including seasonal times.

**Standard Delivery** costs between £1.95 and £3.95 sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service sent with tracking takes approx 2-3 working days to arrive after sending. Order before 9am and your order will be designed that day and sent that day too. After 9am it will leave us on the following working day.

**Next Working Day Delivery** Mon-Fri costs £9.95 sent by DPD Next Day service sent with tracking takes approx 1 working days to arrive after sending. IMPORTANT: You must order by 12noon the day before. After 12noon it will leave us on the following working day.

**Saturday Delivery** costs £14.95 sent by DPD Saturday. IMPORTANT: You must order by 9pm on a Thursday evening for us to be able to book collection on Friday for this Delivery on Saturday service. After 9pm Thursday it is too late for us to book a collection in for Friday with Saturday delivery. Choose Next Wording Day instead which still has a chance of being delivered as DPD deliver do saturdays & sundays. But this isn't guaranteed but is your best chance of getting a weekend delivery.

We know what it’s like to leave things last minute - and we offer a fast track service then can send by DPD Couriered Next Day Delivery. What this means for you? If you order before 12 noon, we’ll literally stop everything to fast-track your card ahead of the days design schedule. That means we duplex, print, hand make, personalise, scent, inspect, and wrap your order all in the same day - so it can reach your loved one the very next day via Courier. DPD offer tracking so you can track the progress of your order after it leaves us. For this to happen : You must choose the Next Day Delivery option at checkout and place your order by 12noon latest. It's a whirlwind behind the scenes (especially with your card being made from scratch!), but we offer this fast service because we care. Truly. 💛 And we'll send you the tracking so you can track via the DPD link in the dispatch email. Please note: this is not our service and once cards leave our studio, responsibility is with DPD to deliver your parcel and matters relating to tracking / delivery are with DPD - to which you'll have been sent the tracking. We only have the same tracking information as you. We send you a dispatch email with a web link to the DPD tracking site and your tracking on this email for you to easily track your parcel.

Next Working Day Shipping is available on cards only which costs £9.95 with tracking.

GREETINGS CARDS INFO

NORMAL LEAD TIMES:

We design and hand make all of our luxury handmade card designs from our studio in the UK. And so we have lead times in place so you know exactly when your order will leave us (how long that take) and then can choose your shipping accordingly. 

We aim to hand make + ship your order by the following working day that you placed it (Mon-Fri) by your chosen delivery method. Your item will tell you the exact date and won't let you order until you acknowledge it's dispatch date) So this way you'll 100% know your accurate dispatch date.

All of our greetings cards are totally handmade from scratch in our UK studio, we therefore need enough time to process, print, design, fragrance, package & post greetings cards. We work super fast in a very busy fast paced design studio, but our products are not moonpig fast cards (nothing like) and we recommend ordering in advance giving plenty of time to allow for delays that are out of our control with post / Royal Mail etc.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING:

The Postage and Packaging cost includes the cost of packaging as well as delivery from our UK studio to your front door. If you wish to check the postage and packaging costs on a particular order the best way to do this is place the items in the shopping basket and the site will calculate the charge. P&P costs £3.95.

Standard Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and takes up to 3 working days for delivery once dispatched.

For urgent or time sensitive cards we offer an Express Next Day Delivery by Courier (at the moment this is DPD as they seem to be the best for us) delivered on the next working day after sending. Read more about this below.

NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY:

Next Day UK Delivery - by DPD Couriered Delivery - We now offer Next Working Day UK Delivery to offer a speedier delivery if you need things quickly. To use this service though, we need to receive your order no later than 12noon (Mon-Thurs) to be able to design / dispatch your order on that same day to be delivered Next Working Day UK. If you're just after the cut off please please please contact us to ask if we can get your order in for that days design and next day posting. Because we really are truly chokka and stick to cut off times. But we'll always try to help you where we can.

Next Day delivery on orders placed on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery the next working day (Tuesday). Please note: this next day delivery service helps if you have left things until last minute & is subject to availability. We will advise you if we are unable to fulfil your order. If you choose the Next Day UK service, you will receive tracking to track via the DPD website. We are not responsible for tracking your parcel and updating you. The dispatch email will give you everything you need to track and take up any delays with DPD themselves. AS they have the most up to date and current info on your parcel once it's left our studio.

EXCEPTIONS FOR NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY:

Please note only standard delivery is available for the following areas and post codes: The Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland, AB31 - AB38, AB40 - AB56, IV1 - 28, IV30 - 32, IV36 - 40, IV52 - 54, IV63, KW1 - 14, PA21 - PA38, PH4 - PH41, PH49 - PH50, , IV41 - IV49, IV51, 55, 56, KA27 & 28, KW15 - 17, PA20, PA41 - 49, PA60 - 78, PH42 - 44, ZE.

The Isle of Man / Guernsey / Jersey all need to be selected as a different country as the delivery charge will be different to mainland UK. All delivery charges are subject to change should the weight or size of the parcel require further postage to be paid. Our Customer Service Team will contact you before despatching your parcel should this be the case.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We are currently shipping Internationally, but this can change. If the cart let's you check out with an international address then we can ship outside of the UK. If you would like to arrange your own courier collection from us here in the UK to arrive to your international address - we are very happy to accomodate this. Simply select the option at checkout and we will be in touch with your parcel Dimensions / weight and the Collection Address at our studio in the UK. We will then await your courier address labels and affix them to your parcel. We have a courier pick up area in our reception and can send you a photo once your parcel is waiting there and ready. This will be within normal lead times. If in doubt simply drop us a message and we can let you know exact time of when your order will be ready. 

GIFTS

Some gifts are shipped from a separate warehouse and these gifts will be sent separately from cards. Next Day Shipping is not available on these gifts, but 48 Tracked shipping (tracking will be provided). The product page will advise shipping info for the gift if this is the case. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL ITEMS ORDERED OFF OUR WEBSITE:

Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure the delivery address is complete + correct including the postcode. We cannot be held responsible for items that have not been delivered due to an incorrect delivery address being provided.

Please also check your order previews to check that everything is correct before you place your order. If there's something missing or you notice a mistake contact us ASAP and we may be able to rectify that problem provided your order is still at our studio and hasn't left for the post already.

Please note LUXE CARDS cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, incorrect address details being provided, major roadworks or road closures and force majeure, adverse weather.
