How to use the Selenite stick 

If you've been feeling a little bit stuck, held back or that something feels blocked, hold the selenite in the hands and let it almost soak up the negative energy and feed your energy with light. You can hone end of the selenite stick (a little like a wand) pointing away from the body so that negative energy can move through the body, through the hand and out of the selenite.

We like to do a sage smudge first, followed by palo santo burn and intention setting, completed with selenite.

Use daily to cleanse the aura (the energy field around the body), when returning home to remove negative energy that you may have picked up. Move the stick a few inches away from the body, across the body, down each arm, down each leg, like using an eraser - let the crystal take on the negative energy and remove from you.
