This page will allow you to fast track the personalisation of your personalised jewellery item. Due to the handmade nature of these products and the demand, we have a production wait time on personalised handmade jewellery.
We are limited in the number of products we can electroplate on any day and we have a production wait time of around 15-21 days.
To help people in a hurry we are able to wiggle items around to have expedited items moved to the front of the queue. As such this costs us to do but if you really need your personalised jewellery item faster this service may be for you.
Upgrading your order to 'Expedited Production & Shipping' here will reduce lead times by around 7 days. Taking lead times down to 7-15 days. We hope this helps! And we'll be in touch in the usual way with tracking for you as soon as this ships.

Free standard shipping on orders over £50 in UK. Standard Shipping is Tracked 48 either by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri 48 (both will have tracking sent to you once item is shipped)
Order before 9am Mon-Fri & your order will be sent that day by your chosen delivery method. After 9am it will be sent in the following days post.
Standard Delivery UK by Royal Mail Tracked 48 - allow 3 working days after dispatch to arrive. Tracking will be sent to you in a dispatch email. For some gifts we use Evri 48 this is also tracked service and items shipped by Evri will be fulfilled from a separate warehouse - so sent separately from our greetings cards
Next Day delivery is not available on our gift items. Just Standard 48 tracked. Sent with tracking.

Our cards have been designed to be an absolute treat to open. Housed in luxury gift boxes, designed with ribbon bow ties to wrap around boxes (pre-tied, for you to slip over the box before giving). We want to make a real treat out of opening. Like a gift.

Need it urgently? Upgrade to Next Working Day Delivery and if you order before 12noon your order will be designed and be dispatched on that same day (Monday - Friday) for delivery on the following working day.
