2025 Summer Break - What you need to know

Hi All

Just a heads-up: Kelly (who works on our Greetings Cards) is taking a well-deserved break this August/September. No glue sticks, no guillotines, no flowers—just sun, snacks, and probably a few too many Pina colada’s. Speaking of pina colada's (there's a 10% discount code for you if you order today and are able to wait until the 2nd, 3rd or 4th September... depending on what day you order read on) - p.s codes PINACOLADA

Here’s what you need to know:

📦 We’re closing card orders at 12 noon on Friday 15th August
☀️ We’ll reopen on Tuesday 2nd September

What this means for you - The Important Bit:  Card Orders placed while she's away? Totally fine!

If you place your card order AFTER 10am on Friday 15th August-2nd September then this will be shipped when we re-open on 2nd Sept, 3rd 4th Sept (check the item before ordering for up to date dispatch info). The date it says when you place your order is the date the item will ship and you will be required to read this date and tick the box to acknowledge and agree to that dispatch date before the website will allow you to order.

This is to ensure that customers get up to the minute production time information and fully know their dispatch date before deciding to order with us.

As always, thank you for amazing support. Kelly will be back soon, tanned and full of ice cream and ready to start sending love through the letterbox with our usual amazing cardy goodness. Meanwhile Fletch is mostly available on email and chat if you have any queries whilst Kelly's away.

Stay in love + totally utterly awesome,
Team Luxe Cards

P.S. You can still place card orders during our break — just don’t expect them to leap into your letterbox until we’re back! Fletch is still on chat throughout so if in doubt ask. And please don't do what one customer has done and tick the box with your dispatch date on and then claim that you didn't know the dispatch date - then proceed to get very angry and send horrible emails to us. If you do this we will still refund your order (that's totally fine, because you made a mistake and you're only human) but what's not fine is making a mistake and trying to blame others. Whilst being rude. We are people at the end of this business that deeply care and don't need rude customers. Nobody deserves this. Thankfully this has been only 1 customer and the 100+ that have placed their order whilst we have been closed have read and understood the date they tick is the date we send. Thanks for being awesome and reading what you click on.

Fletch xx
