NORMAL LEAD TIMES:
We design and hand make all of our luxury handmade card designs from our studio in the UK.
We aim to hand make + ship your order by the following working day that you placed it (Mon-Fri) by your chosen delivery method.
All of our greetings cards are totally handmade from scratch in our UK studio, we therefore need enough time to process, print, design, fragrance, package & post greetings cards. We work super fast in a very busy fast paced design studio, but our products are not moonpig fast cards (nothing like) and we recommend ordering in advance giving plenty of time to allow for delays that are out of our control with post / Royal Mail etc.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING:
The Postage and Packaging cost includes the cost of packaging as well as delivery from our UK studio to your front door. If you wish to check the postage and packaging costs on a particular order the best way to do this is place the items in the shopping basket and the site will calculate the charge. P&P costs £3.95.
Standard Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and takes up to 3 working days for delivery once dispatched.
For urgent or time sensitive cards we offer an Express Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery, delivered on the next working day after sending. Read more about this below.
NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY:
Next Day UK Delivery - We now offer Next Day UK Delivery to guarantee delivery the next working day with a signature. To use this service though, we need to receive your order no later than 12noon (Mon-Thurs) to be able to design / dispatch your order on that same day to be delivered Next Working Day UK. If you're just after the cut off please please please contact us to ask if we can get your order in for that days design and next day posting. Because we really are truly chokka and stick to cut off times. But we'll always try to help you where we can.
Next Day delivery on orders placed on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery the next working day (Tuesday). Please note: this next day delivery service helps if you have left things until last minute & is subject to availability. We will advise you if we are unable to fulfil your order. If you choose the Next Day UK service, the item will require a signature upon delivery.

The Isle of Man / Guernsey / Jersey all need to be selected as a different country as the delivery charge will be different to mainland UK. All delivery charges are subject to change should the weight or size of the parcel require further postage to be paid. Our Customer Service Team will contact you before despatching your parcel should this be the case.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We can ship worldwide. All parcels are shipped by Royal Mail International and will be sent with tracking. For you to be able to track your parcel once it's left us. Please allow up to 14 working days if ordering from overseas.
GIFTS
Some gifts are shipped from a separate warehouse and these gifts will be sent separately from cards. Next Day Shipping is not available on these gifts, but 48 Tracked Evri shipping (tracking will be provided). The product page will advise shipping info for the gift if this is the case.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL ITEMS ORDERED OFF OUR WEBSITE:
Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure the delivery address is complete + correct including the postcode. We cannot be held responsible for items that have not been delivered due to an incorrect delivery address being provided.
Please also check your order previews to check that everything is correct before you place your order. If there's something missing or you notice a mistake contact us ASAP and we may be able to rectify that problem provided your order is still at our studio and hasn't left for the post already.
Please note THE LUXE CO cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, incorrect address details being provided, major roadworks or road closures and force majeure, adverse weather.
