It is known to enhance creativity, remove negative energy, purify spaces + bring love and good fortune. Commonly used to ease stress and has a purifying, cleansing effect on the body and mind.
Palo Santo wood is used in aromatherapy, meditation, energetic purification of space (smudging). Especially good to use after a Spring clean of the home to get rid of stagnant negative energies.

How to use Palo Santo
Choose a stick of palo santo and hold one end over a flame (we use the flame of a lit candle) until it begins to burn. Stay 30 seconds with the flame as it takes. Remove from flame. Move the stick gently in a back-and-forth motion. Let the cleansing smoke rise through the air. Moving the smoke around until its restful scent fills the room. Use whilst intention setting, manifesting, meditating, healing, cleansing negative energy.
