We will be in touch with proofs by email (usually within 24 hours) for you sign off before your personalised cushion goes to print and production.

This item ships from our UK gift warehouse, sent separately from our cards.
Order before 12noon and this item will ship that day (Mon-Fri).
Order after 12noon and this item will ship the following working day.
Working days are Mon-Fri
Shipping is usually by Royal Mail 48 (tracking is sent to you once the item is shipped) and can take around 3-5 working days to arrives.
Please Note: Next Day delivery is not available on this item. If you order with additional items that next day delivery is available on (our handmade cards) please note this product will still ship out by Royal Mail 48 separately. This is purely because our personalised gifts warehouse works to production times as many items are handpicked or hand personalised and once produced then ships only by 48 tracked.
