Our office opening times are Mon-Fri 9am - 4pm where we will aim to reply to messages during these times as soon as we can.

We are a small business and we hand-make gorgeous things with our hands, we therefore have set times where we stop design work to reply to emails. Please be patient if we do not get back to your messages straight away. We aim to respond to emails within 24 hours.
