We are now open - Royal mail are experiencing delays nationwide due to Coronavirus. They are seeing large level of absences and this is impacting services across the country. Orders will take longer than usual and we simply cannot put a timescale on how long your order will take to arrive. If you place an order please understand that this will arrive as soon as possible. If you choose standard mail, you will receive a despatch email, with a delivery confirmation number. This will not show any delivery updates, only a delivery confirmation. This information is the same and only information that both us and Royal Mail have about your delivery and so we will not be able to provide any further updates. Royal mail have advised us that it is simply a case of waiting for deliveries to work their way through the system and be delivered during what are unprecedented times.

If you do need your order quickly, you must select Special delivery. Royal mail have suspended the next working day delivery guarantee and so it will not be guaranteed to arrive on the next working day, however this service will still be prioritised and so will be by far, the quickest option. You will also receive an email with much more detailed tracking on.

When you place an order with us for both standard or next day delivery we will look to send this as soon as possible, our aim is same day despatch, but this may not always be possible and so your order may be sent on the following working day.

As we are extremely stretched on staff numbers, we are extremely busy. Stock is also very delayed when being delivered to us and so we are seeing delays to some orders. We will do all that we can to get your order made and sent to you as soon as possible. 

Orders are currently being dispatched within normal lead times. Some stock levels are running low due to delays in receiving our materials deliveries but we are substituting where possible for suitable alternatives on a design.

We are taking all necessary precautions to keep our customers safe.

All orders being sent out will be contactless from Saturday 21st March. Royal Mail have agreed to deliver all orders contactless to help avoid contact for those self-isolating. For Items that do not fit through a letterbox/signed for items. Your postie will knock on, then your item will be placed at the door. Your postie will then move to a safe distance whilst you retrieve your item. This will allow you to accept post with safe distance contact. 

If you are sending a card direct to someone, you should choose the direct to recipient option, this will mean that your card is packaged as a gift and no invoice is included. If you choose an enveloped card, this will be sent in an envelope, for boxed cards, this will be sent with the bow around the box, as a gift.


Please note that Royal mail have suspended the next day guarantee. This means that they will no longer guarantee that deliveries will arrive on the following day after sending. Royal mail will aim to deliver these to the best that they can. We will still be sending all orders within our usual lead times to try and ensure that they are received as soon as possible, however we will not be offering refunds for orders not delivered within lead times during the current period. If you require a card quickly, then this will be the best method for you as it will still be quicker than standard mail.

International deliveries are still available although all shipping companies worldwide are seeing delays. We will send international orders, but cannot guarantee any timescales.


We design and send personalised cards and luxury stationery everyday. Our mail is collected by Royal Mail daily. This does mean that we have to have cut off times as we have to make sure everything is finished and packed up to leave on time.

Place your order before 9am & your order will be hand made & sent on that working day (Mon-Fri) by your chosen delivery method. Order after 8am & your order will be handmade & sent on the following working day (Mon-Fri) by your chosen delivery method. This is because we're already working on all the orders that have already come in. All of our greetings cards are totally handmade from our UK studio, we therefore need enough time to process, print, design, package & post greetings cards. If you are worried about timescales, we offer a traced next day special delivery to guarantee delivery on the following working day (see below)



The Postage and Packaging cost includes the cost of all envelopes & packaging as well as delivery from our UK studio to your front door. If you wish to check the postage and packaging costs on a particular order the best way to do this is place the items in the shopping basket and the site will calculate the charge. P&P costs £1.95p-£4.95 depending on the weight / size of what's being packed and posted. Standard Delivery is by Royal Mail 48 and takes up to 3 working days for delivery once dispatched. We now offer a tracked next day service for urgent orders.



NEW Next Day UK Delivery - We now offer Next Day UK Delivery to guarantee delivery the next working day with a signature. To use this service though, we need to receive your order no later than 12noon (Mon-Thurs) to be able to dispatch your order on that same day to be delivered Next Working Day UK. If you're just after the cut off please please please contact us to ask if we can get your order in for that days design and next day posting. Because we really are truly chokka. We'll always try to help you where we can.

Next Day delivery on orders placed on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery the next working day (Tuesday). Please note: this next day delivery service helps if you have left things until last minute & is subject to availability. We will advise you if we are unable to fulfil your order. If you choose the Next Day UK service, the item will require a signature upon delivery.



Please note only standard delivery is available for the following areas and post codes: The Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly, Northern Ireland, AB31 - AB38, AB40 - AB56, IV1 - 28, IV30 - 32, IV36 - 40, IV52 - 54, IV63, KW1 - 14, PA21 - PA38, PH4 - PH41, PH49 - PH50, , IV41 - IV49, IV51, 55, 56, KA27 & 28, KW15 - 17, PA20, PA41 - 49, PA60 - 78, PH42 - 44, ZE.

The Isle of Man / Guernsey / Jersey all need to be selected as a different country as the delivery charge will be different to mainland UK. All delivery charges are subject to change should the weight or size of the parcel require further postage to be paid. Our Customer Service Team will contact you before despatching your parcel should this be the case.


We now offer International shipping on most of our products. Prices vary depending on item. International delivery takes approx 7 working days but this can be longer to some countries.



Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure the delivery address is complete + correct including the postcode. We cannot be held responsible for items that have not been delivered due to an incorrect delivery address being provided.

Please also check your order previews to check that everything is correct before you place your order. If there's something missing or you notice a mistake contact us ASAP and we may be able to rectify that problem provided your order is still at our studio and hasn't left for the post already.

Please note THE LUXE CO cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, incorrect address details being provided, major roadworks or road closures and force majeure, adverse weather.
